Family Learning Week is w/c 16th March – save the whole week in your diaries. There will be a class learning session one morning and then whole school sessions in the afternoons.

PE DAY
Our PE day is Friday. Come to school wearing your full St George's PE kit.
SWIMMING
Dates: 9 Jan, 16 Jan, 23 Jan, 30 Jan, 6 Feb, 13 Feb, 27 Feb, 6 Mar, 13 Mar, 20 Mar
Children must come to school in their PE kit and can either wear their swimming costume/swimming shorts underneath or bring them in a bag.
They will also need:

a swimming hat

goggles
-
a towel
-
a plastic bag for wet clothes
HOMEWORK
Spellings that you have explored throughout the week will be sent home on a Friday. You have until Wednesday to look, cover, write and check your spellings and put 5 of the trickiest ones into sentences that show you understand what they mean. You must complete your spelling homework in pencil. Your handwriting should be beautiful.
15 minutes of TTRS each day.
15 minutes of daily reading.
